Hard biscuit machine can produce hard biscuit, soft biscuit, soda cracker, sandwich biscuit etc.

This machine adopts single roll and dual slitting device which can be adjusted conveniently and easily. Moreover, the functions of single slitting or dual slitting can be selected. If can produce all kinds of malleable biscuits with good forming effects and stable performance.

Size 4500*1100*1400mmOutput: 300-400kg/hr. it can produce pliable biscuit and thin-crisp biscuit.Side or upside of callback unit are optional, adapting to utilizing habits of various clients.There are five transmission belts, two of which are made of steel net, used to transfer the flour skin, and the other three belts are made of canvas, used to transfer the biscuit and residue(one part is made of steel net)This equipment consists mainly three parts: flour skin making, forming and waste material recycling.The biggest advantage of this machine is once and for all forming. The shaping is finished just in one time.
